Stuttgart, part 2

Author’s note: Sorry about the poor quality of some of these photos. I am not good with camera.

Dangit, where are our photos?

On the third day, however, I remembered.

Finally.

We visited the Mercedes museum in Stuttgart. It was mostly filled with very old cars, but also included a car dealership, which primarily sold—how did you guess?—cars made by Mercedes.

The Toothpaste-Stained $50 had a lot of fun, though.

Guess what I am!
I’m a parking ticket!
Maybach Fifty-Seven

At one point the Toothpaste-Stained Fifty disappeared.

He was not in this completely unrelated part of the museum.
I am not running low on good photos; why do you ask?

I should have guessed where he was.

You know, that chair is a bit big for you.
...
Fifty, shall we go?

Fortunately, we escaped before any wild salespeople appeared. One of these days I shall have to explain to the Fifty that, yes, he is made of money, but in his case that doesn’t actually mean that he can buy everything he wants to.

Besides, how would he carry his driving licence?

Berlin und Stuttgart

Author’s note: I decided that I didn’t like the style that AotTS$50 was written in, so I’ve decided to write it from my point of view rather than that of the Fifty.

Berlin

Laura and I visited Berlin at the beginning of February. The Toothpaste-Stained $50 came too, but since I’m a bit of an idiot, I forgot to take photos of him.

Oh well.

In my defence, the weather looked like this most of the time.
I'm not sure that "The Adventures of the Rain-Soaked Blue Mush"
would have quite the same ring to it.

Stuttgart

Later in February, we visited Stuttgart. This time I remembered to take photos of the Fifty!

No, Rob, that’s a museum. It may be nifty, but it isn't Fifty.

Eventually.

Still wrong.
No.
Oh, come on.

Next time: The rest of the Stuttgart photos. Probably the ones you were actually looking for.

Author’s note, part 2: I think I like this style better than the old one, but I’m not sure yet. It’s certainly easier to write convincingly than my attempts at writing from the point of view of a piece of paper with a child-like personality.

hello again, world

If you’re looking for older posts, I’m afraid there’s nothing to see. The first four posts were written in a very different style, which I’m not sure that I like, so I’ve hidden them until I can decide what to do with this blog.
